What can you report?

Fake or misleading listing
Listing photos don't match reality, address is wrong, or details are fabricated.
Unsafe conditions
Mold, broken locks, pest infestations, fire hazards, or other habitability issues.
Harassment or threatening behavior
Landlord or other users who make you feel unsafe or threatened.
Scam or fraud attempt
Requests for wire transfer, gift cards, or deposit before viewing the property.
Discriminatory listing
Listings that discriminate based on race, gender, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Spam or duplicate content
Identical or near-identical listings posted multiple times.

Navigate to the listing, review, or profile you want to report.

Step 2
Click Report

Look for the Report button (flag icon) on any listing or profile page.

Step 3
Describe the issue

Choose a category and add any relevant details to help our review team.
