Operational draft — attorney review pending

ScholarSafe's designated DMCA agent registration is pending. Until a designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, ScholarSafe does not claim Section 512 safe-harbor protection.

ScholarSafe respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on ScholarSafe infringes your copyright, submit a complaint using the form below.

Repeat infringers

ScholarSafe may remove content and, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright. This is a moderation practice, not a claim of a legally complete Section 512 safe-harbor program.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed following a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice by emailing legal@scholarsafe.com with: (1) your name and contact information, (2) identification of the content and its location before removal, (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, (4) a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court, and (5) your physical or electronic signature. This is a draft process description, not a live counter-notice form — no counter-notices have been processed under it yet, and it has not been reviewed by an attorney.

legal@scholarsafe.com is monitored for ScholarSafe pilot requests. Response times may vary based on the nature and complexity of the request.
