- Property ownership documentation reviewed
- Consistent positive reviews over time
- No unresolved reports or complaints

Student Verification
- Students register with a valid .edu email address.
- Email verification is required before submitting reviews.
- This helps ensure reviews come from real students with real housing experience.
- We do not share your university email with landlords without your consent.
